11.7. Solar charging strategy
A strategy can be set for solar charging:
The charging strategies attempt to charge the storage tank to the required reference or maximum temperature
with the fewest possible number of charging cycles. As a result of the solar input, the controller attempts to
maintain an even increase at the collector sensor during the entire charging. The increase is limited downwards
using a parameter (08-064).
11.7.1. 0: to yield (parallel charging)
The reference value for speed control results from the temperature at the storage tank sensor, plus an increase
(08-064).
Charging in swing operation with several consumers, the storage tank with the lower temperature is charged first.
11.7.2. 1: to reference temperature
The reference value for speed control results from the temperature at the storage tank sensor, plus an increase
(08-064).
If there are several storage tanks, charging takes place according to the priority of the storage tanks (08-056) to
reference value. The storage tank with priority 1 is charged to the reference value (08-062) first.
11.7.3. 3: automatic yield/reference
The reference value for speed control results according to the active strategy, "yield-dependent strategy switching",
between 0 and 1.
Charging takes place according to yield, in parallel in swing operation or according to the priority of the storage
tanks to reference value.
