•
Using lifting points on top of liquid tank
and appropriate lifting tackle, connect an
overhead crane or lift to remove the tank
from the machine frame.
HINT: Use the lifting tackle from the
seed tank and attach to the liquid tank
for ease of removal.
• Set the tank aside. Remove the lifting
tackle and reattach to the seed tank.
•
Remove the ratchet straps securing the
tank to the stand.
• Using an overhead crane or lift to remove
the seed tank from the stand. Set the
tank into the cradle of the machines
frame.
•
Secure the tank with the previously
disconnected hold-down brackets.
•
Connect any bin sensor.
•
Remove any protective clear wrap that
may still be around the Seed on Demand
(SOD) manifold system on the lower end
of the tank.
•
Connect the SOD of the front tank to the
SOD of the rear tank.
• Connect the fan to the front seed tank
SOD.
•
Connect seed hoses to the SOD.
