
DiscSystem depth setting

Perform setting of the DiscSystems in the
field.
¾
Lower the DiscSystem until the discs touch
the ground, and fill the piston rods of the cyl
-
inders on the
fork side
with clips to establish
the basic setting.
Aluminium clips on the cylinder of the DiscSystem
¾
Starting with the basic position, remove alu-
minium clips from the cylinders of the Disc-
System until the desired working depth has
been reached.
¾
Remove the same number and colour com-
bination of aluminium clips on all cylinders
at this.
¾
Move the cylinders with pressure onto the
aluminium clips.
¾
Switch the control unit to the locked position
when working in the field.
¾
Check the working quality of the DiscSystem
in the field and correct the setting, if required.
Rows of disc setting
The disc rows of the DiscSystem are connected
via upper links. The rear row represents the
reference, the front row can be adjusted relative
to the rear row.

DiscSystem upper link
¾
Loosen the locking nut A.
¾
Turn the upper link in the desired direction:
Extend the upper link for the front disc row to
work flatter than the rear row.
Shorten the upper link for the front disc row
to work deeper than the rear row.
