The machine has been designed and built to offer maximum performance, economy
and operator friendliness under a vast variety of operating conditions.
Prior to delivery, the machine was checked at the factory and by the HORSCH sales
partner to ensure the optional condition of the machine.
To maintain troublefree operation it is important to carry out the care and mainten-
ance work at the recommended intervals.
8.1 Maintenance overview
The maintenance intervals are determined by various factors.
Different conditions of use, weather influences, working speeds and soil conditions
affect the maintenance intervals. The quality of the lubricants and care agents also
affects the time to the next maintenance activities.
The specified maintenance intervals therefore only serve as a reference. In case of
deviations from normal operating conditions the intervals for the due maintenance
tasks must be adapted accordingly. The
daily
maintenance interval designates main-
tenance on each working day before working with the machine.
Regular maintenance is the basis for a fully operable machine. Properly serviced ma-
chines reduce the risk of failing and ensure economical use and operation of the ma-
chines.
