6.2 Harrow
The two-row harrow brings the plant material cut by the coulters up from the soil to
the surface.
Adjusting the harrow

Risk of crushing when adjusting the harrows

Instruct persons to leave the danger zone.

Keep fingers away from the area of the of parallelogram's suspension.
The incline of both harrow rows can be adjusted independently of each other. In
case of high harvesting residues, the front row, for example, can be adjusted shal-
lower.
The working depth of the harrows can be restricted via the parallelogram-type sus-
pension.

1. Set the harrows according to the working conditions.
2. Adjust the incline on the row of holes (1). Secure the bolts with cotter pins.
Optionally, the intensity or incline of the harrows can be adjusted hydraulically.
3. Limit the working depth on the hole pattern (2). Lower the machine in the
field for this purpose to allow loosening the bolts for insertion at the desired
position.
4. Secure the bolts with cotter pins.
