7-1 Weekly Timer
Setting the present time and the day
Set the weekly timer.
Remove the transparent cover.
1. Set the current time as follows:
- Turn the current time setting knob clockwise
to set the [hour] index first, then set the
[Minute] index.
2. Set the current day as follows:
- Press the day setting button using the tip of a
screwdriver. Each time you press the current
day setting button, the current day indicators
advance a day. Stop when they indicate the
current day.
Setting the time switches
A. [Setup within a day]
(1) Set the normal/continuous switch to [NOR-
MAL].
(2) Set the day select switches to the "Auto"
side only for the days when the melt tank will
be heated automatically.
(3) Set the time to heat up the melt tank by
shifting the appropriate index tabs to the cen-
ter of the dial.
- For example, when the time switch is set
as shown in the figure at right, the machine
will operate according to the program from
Monday to Friday, and will not operate on
Saturday and Sunday.
CAUTION
Weekly timer heats up the melt tank at the
set time on the set date. For safety, check
the machine in the set time.
