Example of a CSV Report of the "NEW DATA" records: 

This file contains all of the data record since the last download, and resets the pointers. 
In the following example, the data is retrieved exactly the same way as described above, except that file 3 "new data" is 
requested. The data starts at the first record since last time it was retrieved (oct 2, 2007 at 17:45). In this example, the 
MET SAMPLE was set to log the array every 15 minutes, but the particulate concentration value just repeats until the 
next hour.
