Checklist for acceptance

Both sides of this check list must be filled in by the site manager of the installation company, using an
indelible pen. The installation company site manager is responsible for the accuracy of the statements.
If a checkpoint is answered with „no“, the same must be explained in the „Space for comments“ list on
page 22.

The upper cable anchor point is always above the person to be secured.

Only anti-corrosive bolt connections have been used.

The cable is sufficiently pre-tensioned. (see the cable tensioner)
