This document is a programming and troubleshooting guide for the Honeywell HomMed DM monitor. The
Programming section contains a menu chart, a list of patient questions, and programming tips. The Troubleshooting
section provides resolutions for the most common situations that you may encounter in the field and provides a list of
error codes and their meanings. There is a list of additional references included in this section. When you encounter a
difficulty, please use this guide first to answer your questions and resolve the issue.
If you have any difficulties that you cannot resolve, call Honeywell HomMed Customer Service at 1-888-
353-5404, preferably from the monitor location. Customer Service will make every attempt to resolve
the issue over the phone.
