Installing the Scan Assembly

Setting the Baud Rate and Parity (SW6)

The baud rate and parity settings are determined by the protocol that you have
selected.

Table 3-3

lists the baud rate and parity settings that go with each

protocol.

The baud rate and parity are set using DIP switch SW6 (see

Table 3-4

). The

factory default is 9600 baud, even parity.
