6. Connect the thermostat connector.
Attach the vehicle harness to
the bracket on the side of
the evaporator.
Remove the blue tape to free
the thermostat connector.
Plug the connector
you just freed into the
thermostat.
7. Install the A/C switch button.
With a small flat-tip screwdriver,
carefully pry off the A/C switch
hole cover from the control panel.
Install the A/C
button on the switch.
Install the colored screen
over the switch.
8. Reinstall these parts:
Glove box and connector
Glove box frame
Passenger’s knee bolster [torque the mounting bolts to 9.0 N

m (6 lb-ft)]
Dashboard lower cover
Passenger’s under-dash fuse/relay box cover
Center console cover
