3. Remove the glove box and frame.
Remove these
four screws.
Lift up the glove box and
disconnect this connector,
then remove the glove box.
Remove these
three bolts and
the passenger’s
knee bolster.
Open the glove
box, and remove
these two screws.
Remove these screws . . .
. . . then, remove the glove box frame.
Remove these bolts.
Remove the two
covers, and the two
mounting screws.
4. Remove the heater duct.
Get parts group A.
5. Install the evaporator.
Remove and discard
the heater duct.
Remove and
discard this nut.
VEHICLE HARNESS
CONNECTOR
Remove and discard
these self-tapping screws.
Remove and
discard the
connector bracket
from the vehicle
harness connector.
Remove and discard
this self-tapping screw.
Remove
and discard
these bolts.
Install the two
6 x 25 mm
washer-bolts
(93405-06025-08),
and torque them to
10 N
.
m (7 lb-ft).
Install the two 6 x 20 mm self-tapping screws
(90155-SE0-003), and tighten them securely.
Slide the evaporator
into place.
Install the 6 mm washer-nut
(90321-SV4-003), and torque
it to 10 N
.
m (7 lb-ft).
