16. Install the suction hose.

Attach the
harness return clip
(91550-ST5-003)
to the
positive
battery
cable
and to the
receiver line.
POSITIVE
BATTERY
CABLE
Install the A/C line clamp
(91555-S84-A01)
between the suction hose
and the receiver line.
Torque the fitting to 33 N
.
m
(24 lb-ft). Make sure you use a
second wrench to hold the
other fitting.
Apply a few drops of refrigerant
oil to this fitting, then loosely
install the suction hose to the
evaporator. Do not tighten the
fitting at this time.
Install suction
line clamp A
(80364-S84-A00)
on the suction hose.
Secure suction line
clamp A with a
6 x 20 mm
washer-bolt
(93403-06020-08).
Install the suction line clamp
(80365-S84-A00) on the suction
hose, then secure the clamp to
the bracket with a 6 x 16 mm
washer-bolt (93403-06016-08).
Route the suction hose
under the radiator hose.
Reattach this wire harness
clip to the bracket.
