14. Install the condenser and the condenser fan.
Position the condenser so the
smaller opening for the condenser
line is on the bottom, and the larger
opening for the discharge
line is on the top.
Install the condenser upper mounts
(80107-SS0-000) and the condenser upper
mount brackets (80111-S84-A00). Do not
install the mounting bolts at this time.
Tilt the radiator toward the engine, . . .
. . . then install the condenser on the frame.
Install the lower
condenser mounts
(80175-SE0-000).

Connect this vehicle harness
connector into the condenser
fan motor connector.
Connect the
compressor
clutch connector to
the A/C wire harness
connector. Make sure
the compressor clutch
wire is routed clear
of the compressor
clutch pulley.
Snap the wire harness
clip into the hole
in the condenser
fan shroud.
Loosely install a 6 x 12 mm
special washer-bolt (90012-PC6-000)
here. Set the condenser fan shroud
in place, then tighten the bolt.
Secure the top of the fan shroud
with two 6 x 12 mm special
washer-bolts (90012-PC6-000).
Do not use longer bolts; they
would damage the radiator.
