17. Install the suction hose and the discharge hose (compressor side).
Apply a few drops of refrigerant
oil to the fittings, then connect the
discharge and suction hoses to
the compressor using
two 6 mm flange nuts
(94050-06080). Torque
the nuts to 10 N
.
m (7 lb-ft).
Remove and discard
this nut and cap.
Remove and discard
this nut and cap.
18. Install the power relays and the condenser fan fuse.
Plug in the 20 Amp fuse here.
Plug in the two power
relays here.
19. Install the condenser mounting bolts, the radiator mounts, and the A/C label.
Attach this label at the
location shown.
Reinstall the radiator
brackets and mounting
bolts. Torque the
mounting bolts to
10 N
.
m (7 lb-ft).
Install the two 6 x 16 mm washer-bolts (93405-06016-04)
for the condenser upper mounts. Torque the bolts to
10 N
.
m (7 lb-ft).
