Open the ventilation screw. Pump several full strokes (when operating with compressed air supply,
the operation can also be carried out by opening the air valve) to eliminate any air in the hydraulic
system. After closing the ventilation screw, the stamp must come out of the pressure cylinder by
further pumping.

Operating instructions
•
Only 1 person in the danger zone.
•
Hands/fingers away from the working table and the pressure stamp during the pressing
process.
•
Do not stand directly in front of the press when the pressing force is high.
15.3
Handling
1.
Place the working table to the required
height position.
•
Remove the working table
•
Insert the bed frame pins (1) into the
desired position and secure it.
•
Place the working table on it

Place the workpiece support (1) or other
supporting/clamping device adapted to the workpiece on
the working table. Then place the workpiece on the
workpiece support.
NOTE:
Position the workpiece centrally (working table/cylinder)
CAUTION:
Only select supporting/clamping devices that are
designed for the permissible pressing force and provide the
workpiece with a secure hold during the complete pressing
process.

Moving the stamp towards the workpiece:
With compressed air supply:
•
Connect the air inlet fitting to the fitting of the air supply hose
•
Close the pressure valve (3).
•
Pump the handle (1) or open the air valve (2) until the stamp
nears the workpiece
With compressed air supply:
•
Close the pressure valve (3).
•
Pump the handle (1) until the stamp nears the workpiece

Align work piece and stamp to ensure center-loading
