Unscrew the fixing ring (12a) from the pressure
cylinder (12).
Slide the pressure cylinder (12) between the
upper cross beam into the mounting plate as
shown and fix it with the fixing ring.
Unscrew the transport seal screw (12b) and
screw in the manometer (8).
Pull off cap (12c) and screw in hydraulic hose
(11b).
NOTE:
Absolute cleanliness must be ensured
during assembly!
Connect and fix both parts of the working
table (3 x 2) with screws (C x4), spacer sleeves
(14 x 4), washers (L x 4) and nuts (G x 4).
Mount the working table (3) on the machine.
To do this, push both bed frame pins (13 x 2)
into the posts and place the working table (3)
onto.
Secure with circlips (16 x 4)).
Place the workpiece support (17) onto the
worktable.
Insert the handle (9).
Check and tighten all screw connections
