Assemble
CAU TION
The machine and machine components are heavy!
2 persons are required to assemble the machine.
N OTE
The numbering of the parts, screws, washers and nuts is identical to that in the
delivery content.
The machine has been disassembled for transport and must be reassembled before use. Follow
the instructions below:
WP20ECO
Place the frame parts on a flat surface.
Fix base supports (4 x 2) and side braces (6 x 4)
with screws (B x 12), washers (K x 12),
spring washers (I x 12) and nuts (F x 12) as
shown to the posts (1 x 2).
The base cross support (5 x1) is co-fixed with
the marked, middle screws!
Connect and fix both parts of the upper cross
beam (2 x 2) with screws (A x 8), washers (J x 8),
spring washers (H x 8) and nuts (E x 8) to the
post (1 x 2).
INFO:
The mounting plate (15) must be hooked
into the parts of the upper cross beam before
assembly!
Connect the compressed air hose (10) to the
pneumatic unit (11a).
Fix the hydraulic pump (11) with screws (D x 4)
and washers (L x 4) on the post (1).
