(2) Set the peristaltic tube along the outer perimeter of the roller.
The peristaltic tube must be put in the center of the roller. If the
tube is set at a position deviated from the center, the sample
may not be sipped through the tube correctly and it may cause
damage on the peristaltic tube or the roller.

(3) Place the IN-joint of the peristaltic tube in the slot (on the
observer's right as viewed from the front) of the joint support.
Pull the tube lightly stretching for eased setting. Giving a long
time stretching to the tube will invite deterioration of the tube
early. Loosen therefore the tube after every measuring.
