Note:
This checking of the device number is only necessary if you have
connected more than one Hilscher device to your development PC, e. g.
the NXHX board and also a PC Card cifX.

Note:
A firmware and a configuration file can be assigned to each of the
communication channels CH#0 to CH#5. By default, only channel CH#0 is
used for firmware files in the
.nxf
format. The other channels are used
for modular firmware files in the
.nxo
format.
