Setting the time zone

With the selection list

Timezone

you can adjust the time zone to your local

time in which the Edge Gateway is so that the set time can be interpreted
correctly (e.g. summer time conversion). For this purpose, the selection list

Timezone

offers many setting options. The default value is

Universal

. For

Central European Time set

CET

.

Note:

Once the system time has been set, system services and Node-
RED flows which use the system time for synchronization loose
their reference time, i.e. they refer to the new time set. When you
change a system time setting, always reboot the Edge Gateway
afterwards so that all software components in the Edge Gateway
take the changed time.
