Battery

Tools required:

13 mm socket
Ratchet 
Extension

NOTE:
It is required to change both batteries at the same time.

Removal

1. Set the brakes.

2. Raise the head section to the high position.

SHOCK HAZARD:

Unplug the unit from its power source. Failure to do so could result in 
personal injury or equipment damage.

3. Unplug the unit from its power source. Let the unit to sit for 60 seconds for 

the battery to time out.

4. Remove the two screws (A) and washers (B) from the power supply cover 

(C) (see figure 4-5 on page 4-13).

5. Remove the cover (C).

6. Disconnect the battery cable (D) from the power supply P.C. board (E).

7. Remove the batteries (F).

8. Note the connection of the wires on the batteries.

9. Disconnect the battery cables (D) and (G) from the batteries (F).
