Video Tampering
Purpose
Trigger alarm when the lens is covered and take alarm response actions.
Step 1
Go to Configuration > Event > Normal Event > Video Tampering Detection.

Select Camera.

Check Enable.
Step 4
Adjust Sensitivity as your desire.
Sensitivity: The higher the value is, the more easily the video tampering can be triggered.
Step 5
Set the arming schedule. Refer to 6.4.3 Configure Arming Schedule.
Step 6
Set the linkage actions. Refer to 6.4.4 Configure Alarm Linkage Action.
Step 7
Click Apply.
Video Loss
Purpose
Detect video loss of a camera and take alarm response actions.
Step 1
Go to Configuration > Event > Normal Event > Video Loss.
Step 2
Select Camera.
Step 3
Check Enable.
Step 4
Set the arming schedule. Refer to 6.4.3 Configure Arming Schedule.
