bitrate settings result in higher bandwidth requirement.

Purpose
There is a default account: Administrator. The Administrator user name is admin. The
Administrator has the permission to add and delete user and configure user parameters. Follow
the steps to create a user.

Go to Configuration > User.

Password and Confirm: Enter the same password in Password and Confirm text fields.
