safety, comfort and user-friendliness are most important to us. The manufacturing takes

Please take suf fi cient time to read and understand these instructions carefully. Only if the
seat is correctly installed, maximum safety and comfort can be achieved.

Because of country-speci fi c requirements the product features may differ.
The recommendation of the vehicle manufacturer must be followed.
1. Important Safety notices
The capsula® JR4X child car seat is tested and approved under the European Standard
for Child Restraint Systems ECE 44/04. You will fi nd the certi fi cation mark with the registra-
tion number on the back of the seat, see orange label.
The approval loses its validity, if you make any changes to the seat. This could reduce the
safety or totally take it away.
Please observe the instructions for the use of child restraint systems in the operating ma-
nual of your vehicle. This seat can only be used in vehicles with ISOFIX anchorage systems
(see type list). Please refer to the operating instructions of your vehicle for information on
the seats approved for child seats from 125 - 150 cm.
The capsula® JR4X must neither be used as a seat nor as a toy in your household. In case
of any other usage there is a danger of injury.
Please take suf fi cient time to install the seat in your car, as it is described in this manual.
DO NOT use the child seat if it is damaged or if parts are missing. Do not use second hand
products, were it‘s history is unknown to you. Some seat parts may be missing or might be
damaged.
