5. OPERATION

SPEED ADJUSTMENT HANDLE
allows you to change speed. Before changing
speed always stop the appliance. To change speed,
switch off the appliance, change the position of the
handle to the desired speed and switch the appli-
ance on again.
Speed 1 (low – 121 rpm)
Designed for heavy kneading mixtures, for example
bread dough or potatoes.
Speed 2 (medium – 218 rpm)
Designed for kneading light dough, which must rise
quickly, heavy dough and some beating operations.
Speed 3 (high – 489 rpm)
Designed for light operations such as whipping
cream, eggs and whisking batter.
MIXING TOOL
To install a mixing tool, you must install and fully
lower the mixing bowl. Place the mixing tool in the
mixing bowl, push it into the shaft and turn clock-
wise to lock.
DOUGH HOOK
Often used for heavy bread dough, preferably at low
speed.
To properly choose the right speed, it is necessary
to observe the humidity of the heavy dough. Do not
use speed 2 for kneading heavy dough which has
the Absorption Ratio (AR) of 50% or less.
