6. MAINTENANCE
WARNING: ALL MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS MUST BE CARRIED OUT AFTER THE DEVICE IS DISCONNECTED
FROM THE POWER SUPPLY AND GROUNDING.
•
Never use metal or hard brushes to clean the
mixer. Never clean the mixer with a jet of water.
• The mixer must be thoroughly cleaned every day.
Mixing bowls and tools must be removed from the
mixer and cleaned in the sink.
•
Transmission housing and planetary mechanism
must be checked for leaks, damage, etc. once a week.
If the ball bearings need replacing, contact author-
ized service centre or the manufacturer. The use of
unknown lubricants may lead to damage and may
void the warranty.
•
Mixing bowl supports
must be lubricated every
half year, or more frequently if used intensively.
Before removing the upper cover or the guard,
disconnect the device from the power source.
The pouring shield and the safety guard must be
periodically checked for leaks of condensate or
grease. Remove the tray and wipe with a soft cloth.
DAILY CLEANING
The mixer must be thoroughly cleaned every day.
Mixing bowls and tools must be removed from the
mixer and cleaned in the sink.
DO NOT USE
water jet to clean the mixer – always
use a clean, wet cloth.
The pouring shield and the safety guard must be
periodically removed and cleaned. To remove them,
you can use a large fl at screwdriver.
