Depending on its use, the saw blade can be inserted with the teeth facing up or down
(Fig. I).
REMOVING THE SAW BLADE FROM THE HAZET
CORDLESS RECIPROCATING SAW
• Open blade clamp release lever.
• Remove blade.
ADJUSTABLE SHOE
• Your HAZET cordless reciprocating saw features an
adjustable shoe. The shoe can be adjusted to limit
the cutting depth.
• Pull the shoe adjustment lever down (Fig. J).
• Slide the shoe out to one of the five settings (Fig. K).
• Push shoe adjustment lever up, and make sure the shoe is locking in position (Fig. L).

must wear eye protection that complies with ANSI Z87.1.
WARNING!
• Never cut in the direction of the user to avoid injury!
Always hold the HAZET cordless reciprocating saw with both hands.
