• Follow the commands of the voice, to
tense up

relax
the musculature.
• If you cross the green horizontal line, the message
"Caution - electricity" is played. Your musculature
contracts by electricity.
The three phases

mulation
alternate each other.
You can reduce or increase the current at any time.
In order to increase the current, you must turn first

thus downward against the clockwise
direction. If the lock is open, you can increase the

The exercise duration depends on the settings of your
physician or therapist. Practice 2-3 times daily
between 10 and 15 minutes.
Associate yourselves in the
motion conception
phase, how the concerned musculature tense up.
If you cross the green line with the amplitude of the
EMG scale, the current is switched on. If not the green
threshold comes down.
Notice the stimulated musculature. Try to tense up
these muscles in the next motion conception phase.
