Pino in einem Karton verpacken
Der Karton sollte die Innenmaße von mindestens
200 x 90 x 20 cm haben.
1. Bauen Sie die Pedalen ab.
2. Bauen Sie den Sitz ab, indem Sie den Schnellspanner,
sowie die Sitzbespannung lösen und die Sitzrohre (1)
auseinander ziehen.
3. Schrauben Sie die vier Befestigungsschellen der Bremslei-
tungen (2) am Lenker mit einem Innensechskantschlüssel
6 mm ab. Schrauben Sie den Lenker ab, indem Sie die vier
Schrauben (3) mit einem Innensechskantschlüssel 6 mm
herausschrauben.
4. Lösen Sie die Schraube des Vorbaus mit einem Innen-
sechskantschlüssel 6 mm (siehe auch Seite 9, Rahmenlänge
einstellen). Nehmen Sie die linke Kette vom hinteren
Kettenblatt ab. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kette nicht
verschmutzt. Schützen Sie sie mit Verpackungsmaterial.
Ziehen den Vorbau heraus.
5. Stellen Sie das Pino in den Karton und fixieren Sie es
gegen Verrutschen mit Verpackungsmaterial. Schützen Sie
alle empfindlichen Teile gegen Beschädigung.
6. Schieben Sie den Sattel bis zur Oberkante des Kartons
ein.

Packaging the Pino
Use a box with internal dimensions of at least
200 x 90 x 20 cm (78¾” x 35½” x 8”).
1. Remove the pedals.
2. Remove the front seat by opening the quick release, re-
moving the seat cover and pulling apart the seat tubes (1).
3. Remove the four fastening clamps that attach the brake
hoses (2) to the handlebars using a 6mm Allen key. De-
tach the handlebars by removing the four screws (3) using
a 6mm Allen key.

Loosen the four screws of the front boom using
a 6mm Allen key (see also page 9, “Adjusting the frame
length”). Take the left chain off the rear chainring. Be sure
that the chain does not become soiled and protect it with
packing material. Remove the front boom.
5. Place the Pino in the box and secure it with packing mate-
rial to prevent movement. Be sure to protect all sensitive
parts from damage.
6. Lower the rear seat so that the frame fits into the box.
