Overflow hose connection:
A suitable overflow hose connection is required to
remove the waste water.
Preconditions for the hydraulic installation:
Observe the hydraulic and electrical requirements
for installation for first commission (see chapter 7.
Maintenance).
Exclusion of warranty:
Non-compliance with the installation conditions and
the operator responsibilities voids the warranty.
Guarantee:
In the event of a malfunction of the unit during the
guarantee period, please contact Harvia.
5.2. Initial commissioning
•
For professional installation by a qualified fitter
observe the following:
•
Has all packaging material been removed from
the brine cabinet?
•
Is there a protective filter upstream from the
unit in the immediate vicinity?
•
Is the water and power supply to the unit
continuous (network pressure of at least 1.7
bar UK / 1 bar EU)
•
Have you opened the pressure reducing valve
to the limit stop?
•
Have the water hoses been properly
connected?
•
(Observe the flow direction arrows and hard
water inlet at the non-return valve of the unit).
•
Have the drain water hose and the overflow
been routed separately to the waste water
system and connected? (See Section 5.6)
•
Have you informed the operator of the
inspection schedule? (Check supply of salt and
hardness of blended water at least every two
months)
•
Have you informed the operator of the
maintenance schedule? (Tasks in accordance
with manufacturer’s instructions. Interval
annually, every 6 months with communal units)
NOTE! Please check connections and pipeline junc-
tions for leaks.
Handing over the unit to the operator:
If there is a delay between the installation/startup
of the unit and transfer to the operator, a manual
regeneration must be performed. The operator must
be told how the unit works as well as how to oper-
ate and inspect it. Ensure that the operator receives
the installation and operating manual.

Ein- und Auslassanschlüsse:
Wählen Sie bei der Montage des Geräts einen Stand-
ort, an dem es einfach am Wasserversorgungsnetz
angeschlossen werden kann. Ein Anschluss an das
Abwassernetz (mindestens DN 50), ein Bodenab-
fluss und eine Netzsteckdose (siehe Kapitel 9 Tech-
nische Daten) müssen sich in der Nähe befinden.
Anschluss des Überlaufschlauchs:
Ein geeigneter Überlaufschlauch-Anschluss ist er-
forderlich, um das Abwasser zu beseitigen.
Voraussetzungen für die Hydraulikinstallation:
Beachten Sie die hydraulischen und elektrischen
Voraussetzungen für die Montage zur ersten Inbe-
triebnahme (siehe Kapitel 7. Wartung).
Gewährleistungsausschluss:
Nichteinhaltung der Montagebedingungen und der
Betreiberpflichten führt zum Verlust des Gewähr-
leistungsanspruchs.
Garantie:
Bei einer Störung des Geräts während der Garantie-
zeit wenden Sie sich bitte an Harvia.
5.2. Erstinbetriebnahme
•
Für eine professionelle Montage durch
einen qualifizierten Installateur beachten Sie
folgendes:
•
Wurde das gesamte Verpackungsmaterial vom
Solebehälter entfernt?
•
Ist dem Gerät ein Schutzfilter direkt
vorgeschaltet?
•
Wird das Gerät ununterbrochen mit Wasser und
Strom versorgt (Netzdruck von mindestens 1,7
bar UK / 1 bar EU)?
•
Haben Sie das Druckreduzierungsventil bis zum
Anschlag geöffnet?
•
Sind die Wasserschläuche korrekt
angeschlossen?
•
(Beachten Sie die Strömungsrichtung gemäß
Pfeil und den Einlauf des harten Wassers bei
der Rückflusssperre des Geräts).
•
Wurden der Ablaufwasserschlauch und der
Überlauf separat zum Abwassernetz geführt
und daran angeschlossen? (Siehe Abschnitt
5.6.)
•
Haben Sie den Betreiber über den
Inspektionsplan informiert? (Überprüfen Sie
mindestens alle zwei Monate den Salzvorrat
und die Härte des gemischten Wassers)
•
Haben Sie den Betreiber über den Wartungsplan
informiert? (Aufgaben gemäß Anweisungen des
Herstellers. Jährlicher Rhythmus, alle 6 Monate
bei kommunalen Einheiten)
ACHTUNG! Bitte überprüfen Sie die Anschlüsse und
Rohrverbindungen auf Leckstellen.
Übergabe des Geräts an den Betreiber:
Wenn es eine Verzögerung zwischen der Montage/
Inbetriebnahme des Geräts und der Übergabe an
den Betreiber gibt, muss eine manuelle Regenera-
tion durchgeführt werden. Dem Betreiber muss so-
wohl erläutert werden, wie das Gerät funktioniert,
als auch wie man es bedient und überprüft. Stellen
