Tyre pressure
WARNING
Risk of accident and injury!
The tyres will lose traction with the ground if the air pres-
sure is too low or too high and if the tyres do not have
sufficient profile. Tyres which have been damaged can
burst while you are riding.
• Use an air pump with pressure indicator to pump the
tyres.
• Only pump the tyres to the permissible air pressure.
• Do not ride with tyres with an insufficient profile depth.
• Do not ride with tyres with tears or other damage,
e.g. due to foreign bodies.
• Request an explanation of how to verify and adjust the
air pressure from your specialist dealer if necessary.
The air pressure is a key factor in determining the rolling friction
and the suspension of your bicycle.
