To change the input to either of the Record outputs, follow these steps:
Press “Options Set” to reach the status screen. Press “Select” to move to the “Options Set” menu.
At the “Options Set” menu, the on screen “

“ pointer will be next to “Record Out Select” on the first line (Figure #xx).
Press “Select” to move to the next menu.
At the “Options Set” - Record Out Setup” menu, press “Select” to chose the input for Record Out A, or press “

to chose the input for Record Out B.(figure #xx) Press “Select” to move to the next menu.
The next screen will show the current status of the Record Out bus you have selected. (Figure #xx) Both the assigned
User Name for that Source, as well as it’s Input Source Number will be shown. (The abbreviation “SRC” will appear on
the status line to indicate the source number.) The front panel display will only show the input number. (Figure #xx [line
art of two line display] ) If you wish to continue to have the input shown as the source that feeds the selected record
output, press “Cancel” once to return to the “Record Out Setup” menu, or three times to exit to normal operation.
If you wish to change the input source that feeds the selected record output, press “Select”.
The next screen will display a list of the input source numbers. Use the “

“ buttons to move the “

position under the input you wish to be sent to the record output. Press “Select” to enter the choice, and “Exit/OK” to
enter it to memory and return to the “Record Out Setup” menu.
NOTE:
Before exiting, it is always a good idea to check the status. With the “
Ö
“ pointer on the same line as
the Record Out just configured. Press “Select”. The next screen will display the status, which should match the setting
just entered.
The process for entering the Record Output Source is the same for both Record Out A and Record Out B. Repeat the
process for the second output as necessary. These settings may also be changed at any time using the steps outlined
above.
Record Out B Level
A unique feature of the Citation 7.0 is the ability to set the output level to the record device that connected to Record
Out B. This enables you to compensate for unusual source machine audio levels, or to control the volume to the
amplifiers that feed remote room speakers.
The factory setting for the Record B Output is full level. To reduce the level use the following steps:
From the “Record Out Setup” menu, press “

#xx). Press “Select” to move to the next menu.
To adjust the output level use the “Volume -” and “” buttons until the input at the record machine is properly
adjusted. Press the “Exit/OK when the adjustment is completed.
Press “Exit/OK” once to return to the “Options Setup” menu, and once more to return to normal operation.
