Labelling

The safety instructions contained in these operating instructions, the national regulations on accident pre-

vention and the internal working, operating and safety requirements of the purchaser / operator must be

complied with under all circumstances to ensure safe operation of the pump at all times.

Non-compliance with some safety instructions may result in hazards for persons. These are labelled with the

following general hazard symbols.

This symbol indicates danger of death or severe injury

WARNING

Draws attention to parts or types of handling that can lead to death or severe

injury

CAUTION

Draws attention to parts or types of handling that can lead to damage or se-

vere injury

ATTENTION

Accompanies safety instructions which can lead to risks for the device and its

functions in case of non-compliance

General hazard symbol

Indicates that hazardous electric voltage is present

Automatic operation: this symbol means that the machine / motor are being

controlled automatically and that it can therefore start operating at any time.

It is strictly forbidden to carry out servicing works or in any way to manipulate

the device unless the control has first been changed to manual and the power

supply has been switched off.

High noise emission, wear ear protection

Wear eye, ear and head protection

Labels directly appearing on the device itself, for example rotation direction

arrows, hazard warnings etc. must be complied with under all circumstances,
