6.3 Melting polar gas shielded welding machine debugging and operation
1.Selection of welding methods: pulse (including double pulse), gas shielded welding,
welding electrode manual welding, argon arc welding, carbon arc air gouging.
2.Selection of operation mode: 2step, 4step, special 4 steps and spot welding.
3. Select wire materials and protective gas: including 9 types of material, see the control
panel for details.
4. Choose wire diameter: 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.6.
5. Use F1 key to select the wire feeding speed and welding current or thickness, using
the A adjustment knob on the wire feeding machine to adjust the corresponding
parameter.(note: recommend commonly used current manner)
There is a linkage between these three parameters, it means as long as one of the
parameters changes, the other two parameters will automatically change with it. In fact as
this machine comes with a built-in highly intelligent expert system, as long as any of the
three parameters change, a lot of inner detail parameters automatically bring up the
corresponding parameters in the database, which greatly reduces the complexity of the
welder operation. Users only need to set the welding mode, operation mode, the type of
material, wire diameter and the current (or wire feeding speed, or thickness), the machine
will automatically find out the best parameters combination. This welding machine with high
levels of intelligence is now the most comprehensive and authoritative.
6. When welding, fine-tuning can be achieved through adjusting arc length, or adjusting
the size of the arc pressure. (Note: the recommended way is to adjust the arc length)
7. Wire feeder operation, refer to the specific part of the guide on wire feeder.
8. Welding specification may refer to the following welding process guidelines
