8.0 BOILER CONTROLS
8.1 CONTROLS OVERVIEW
Each Variheat
mk2 boiler is controlled by a Navistem boiler controller.
The controller functions, settings and configurations are accessed via the rotary dial on the individual fascia
panels.
Comprehensive details and instructions on setting and using the boiler controller can be found in the separate
Navistem instruction manual, HHL part no. 500001310, which is supplied with each boiler.
A concise user instructions guide (HHL part no. 500001309) is supplied with each boiler. This guide gives
instruction on initial set up as well as a list of possible error codes.
The Navistem controller is located on the main control panel assembly which can be accessed after removal of
the boiler front cover.
Note: Should remedial work be carried out on a module, then the non-firing module must be electrically isolated so as to
prevent accidental operation in the event that the installation is required for ongoing heating requirements.
