NOTICE: This appliance has a constantly rotating brushroll which, when left in contact with linoleum, parquet 

and other hard floors can damage the floor surface.

 Raise the height of the brushroll to the highest setting, #5. 

This can be done by adjusting the carpet height adjustor dial on the front of the vacuum’s base. do this each time 
when using this vacuum on linoleum, parquet and hard flooring. The manufacturer is not liable for damages to these 
surfaces if the customer fails to follow this instruction.
