Step Instructions

Visual Aid

Connect the test equipment and TLS-EQ-

77H system as shown:

•

Connect one end of the 1500um fiber

to the LDTLS bulkhead labeled

OPTICAL OUTPUT.

•

Hand tighten the SMA connector.

•

Connect the opposite end of the

1500um fiber to the Power Detector.

•

Hand tighten the SMA connector.

•

Connect the Power Detector to the

Power Meter.

•

Connect the Lamp Head Cable to the

LDTLS and EQ-77 Power Supply.

•

Connect the Monochromator Power

Supply to the LDTLS bulkhead labeled

POWER.

•

Connect the USB cable to the PC and

LDTLS bulkhead labeled

COMM USB.

•

Connect the Remote Control to the

EQ-77 Power Supply.

•

Connect the EQ-77 Power Supply to a

120V AC outlet.

•

Connect the Monochromator Power

Supply to a 120V AC outlet.

•

Connect the cooling lines to the

LDTLS.

•

Start the chiller and ensure there are

no leaks.

•

Set to 22° C and press START.

b. Zero the Power Meter.
