Note
After login, in the right and upper corner of the screen one should know what
user level is it: “O” for Operator, “M” for Maintenance and “E” for Engineer.
6.1
INTRODUCTION
The Configuration Software is an easy to handle user interface for each kind of
communication with the GALILEO 32. The software is designed
-
to upload the actual configuration data of the system or the events log
-
to simplify each type of parameter change (e.g. alarm levels)
-
to download modifications to the GALILEO 32
-
for maintenance
-
for the initial configuration of the GALILEO 32 at Sensitron or by the
installer

MINIMUN PC HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
Operating System: Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7
CPU: Pentium 3, 500Mhz
System Memory (RAM): 256MB
Hard Disk: 400MB free space
6.2
INSTALLATION
Insert the CD-Rom and follow the instructions. A serial cable is required to con-
nect the PC to the panel. The serial port can be a PC port or, if the PC does not
have a serial port, a USB>Serial adapter.

LAUNCHING THE PROGRAM
Launch the program from the Windows program bar by clicking on
MULTISCAN x x xx
