ATTENTION
For further information about the meanings of the Hardware tripping system alarms, please
refer to the Maintenance manual 6LE007897A.
Thanks to the OAC output alarm contact available as an accessory and inserted at the rear
of the electronic trip unit, the Hardware tripping system alarms are linked to the HWF output
contact, located on the terminal block of the hw+ circuit breaker (See Installation manual
6LE007893A).
• Hardware tripping system alarms with a High criticality level requiring immediate action .
Anomalies causing this type of alarm may lead to the loss of the protection functions.
Therefore, these alarms are equivalent to a trip alarm and
cause the circuit breaker to
open .
