If you have already made two connections, e.g. via Transfer or
Call back, and you now want to set up a three-party
conference call, simply press the R-button. The currently
active call will be put on holds, and you will hear the special
dial tone.
Now press button 3. The three-party conference will now be
set up.
If one of the three speakers hangs up his handset, the call
with the second subscriber can be continued.
The three-party conference can be discontinued either
by replacing the telephone in the base unit or pressing
the Stop button.
If the telephone is connected to a PABX system, please follow
the instructions given in the operating instructions of the PABX
system.
Internal convenience functions
Call back and transferring calls
You are carrying out an external call, and would like to consult
another subscriber internally, or transfer the call to them.
Press the Internal button; the call to the external
subscriber will be put on hold.
Select the handset number 1…5; you will now be connected
to the corresponding internal handset number.
If you now press the Stop button, the call will be transferred to
the second internal subscriber. If you want to return to the
external subscriber, press the Internal button again. If the
internal subscriber has not hung up, you can switch between
the external and internal call by pressing the Internal button.
