Edit telephone book entries 

 
Pressing the Display button “Names” opens the telephone 
book. 
 
Press the Scroll button in order to select the required name. 

Pressing the Display button “Options” opens the telephone 
book options. 
 
Select “Edit Entry” with the Scroll button. 
 
 
Confirm the selection with the Display button “OK”. The 
display shows: “Name” and the selected name will be 
displayed below. 
 
Delete the individual letters with the Display button “Delete”, 
starting from the last letter. 
 
Enter the name using the alphanumeric keypad (max. 16 
characters). 
 
Confirm your entry by pressing the Display button “OK”. The 
display shows: “Number:” and the call number will be 
displayed below. 

Delete the individual numbers with the Display button “Delete”, 

starting from the last number. 
 
Enter the call number (max. 20 numbers). 
 
 

Confirm the call number with the Display button “OK”. You will 
hear a cancellation tone, meaning that the entry has been 
changed in the telephone book. 
 
Leave the menu by repeatedly pressing the Display button 
“Back”; or return immediately to the main menu by pressing the 
Stop button.

If you want to edit only the name, or only the call number, 
confirm this by pressing the Display button “OK” at the 
relevant point. You will then hear the cancellation tone.
