Guarantee*
ITM Technology AG gives a guarantee for materials and manufacturing of 24
months from the date of purchase.
Please keep the purchase receipt, invoice or delivery note as proof of the
purchase date.
If articles are sent in for repair without purchase documents, repair can only
be carried out as a chargeable service. This also applies to improperly
packaged articles.
Within the guarantee period, all faults due to material or manufacturing faults
will be repaired free of charge. Within the guarantee period, articles will
either be repaired or replaced, at our discretion. Replaced goods become
our property. The guarantee period is not automatically extended if goods
are replaced. The original guarantee period remains in effect, and comes to
an end after 24 months.
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear
and tear, unauthorised modification by third parties or force majeure. The
guarantee does not extend to consumable materials (rechargeable batteries,
batteries, packaging etc.) or faults which have only a minor effect on the
value or suitability for use of the goods. Claims for compensation for
damages are excluded, unless these are based on deliberate or gross
negligence on the part of the manufacturer.
Our customer service is of course still available to you beyond the end of
the guarantee period. Following the end of the guarantee period, we will
provide estimates for the repair of damages not covered by guarantee.
