Hach warrants this instrument against defective materials and 
workmanship for twelve months from the date of shipment. This 
warranty does not apply to limited life components such as 
batteries or sensing membrane modules. Hach's terms and 
conditions of sale are printed on the back of the invoice.

CLAIMS
We take extreme care to fill and pack orders properly. If errors or 
damages do occur, report shipping damage to the carrier 
immediately and contact the Hach Customer Service Department 
in Loveland, Colorado as soon as possible (always within two 
weeks of receipt). 

The toll-free number is 800-227-4224.

RETURN OF ITEMS
Authorization must be obtained from Hach Company before 
returning items for any reason. For credit or replacement, call 
toll-free 800-227-4224.
