Pins 1, 6, and 8 are internally connected to pin 4, so all control 
outputs are active whenever the host asserts its DTR output.

 

 

2.4.2 Commands
BODTrak operation is controlled by applying computer 
commands which send instructions to the instrument at any time 
during a test. The commands consist of a string of two or more
