to implement E1, CE1 or ISDN PRI access); some cards can be configured with different working

modes. At present, the following switching modes are supported (support for the switching mode

depends on the interface card):

CPOS 155 Mbps (E1/T1): Supports the E1/T1 switch of the entire interface card. When this

interface card works in E1 mode, all the interfaces on the interface card can receive, send and

process E1 data flows, and provide CE1 access, thus implementing the ISDN PRI function; when

this interface card works in T1 mode, all the interfaces on the interface card can receive, send and

process T1 data flows, and provide CT1 access, thus implementing the ISDN PRI function.

CPOS 155 Mbps (E3/T3): Supports E3/T3/POS switch of the entire interface card. When this

interface card works in E3 mode, all the interfaces on this interface card can receive, send and

process E3 high speed data flows, and provide E3 access at a speed of 34.368 Mbps; when this

interface card works in T3 mode, all the interfaces on this interface card can receive, send and

process T3 high speed data flows, and provide T3 access at a speed of 44.736 Mbps; when this

interface card works in POS mode, all the interfaces on the interface card operate as the POS

interfaces.

POS 155 Mbps/622 Mbps: Supports switch between OC-3c/STM-1c and OC-12c/STM-4c modes

of the entire interface card. When the interface card works in OC-3c/STM-1c mode, the receive and

transmit rate of all the interfaces on the interface card is 155 Mbps; when the interface card works

in OC-12c/STM-4c mode, the receive and transmit rate of all the available interfaces on this

interface card is 622 Mbps (when the interface card changes to OC-12c/STM-4c mode, only the

interfaces with the silkscreen “SPF 622M” are available).

E-CPOS: Supports E-CPOS switch of the entire interface card. When the interface card works in

E-CPOS mode, all the interfaces on the interface card work as the E-CPOS type interfaces.

IPsec/SSL: Supports switch between the IPsec and SSL encryption modes of the encryption card.

When working in the IPsec mode, the encryption card supports the IPsec protocol; when working in

SSL mode, the encryption card supports the SSL protocol.
