CONTROLS AND MAINTENANCE
Inspections and maintenance work must be carried out by authorised personnel at the maintenance intervals specified in this manual. In order to
guarantee a long service life and proper use of the lift, the following points must be observed.
• Disconnect the air supply before carrying out any maintenance.
• Only original spare parts should be used, see «Spare parts» later in this document.
• The recommended maintenance intervals must be observed,
see «Maintenance table» later in this document
• For maintenance work that is not shown or indicated in the operating instructions, contact your distributor and/or the manufacturer.
Visually inspect your lift before each use. Do not use it if you find any damage, significant wear, or hydraulic fluid leakage.
Clean the lift at least once a week to remove any dust and dirt that may degrade or affect the long-term performance of the
product. Use self-cleaning cloths. Do not use water, flammable, or corrosive liquids.

Check the tightness of the 12 fixing screws on the indexing mechanism.

Check the functionality of the locking system for the 4 support elements, and
the presence of the mechanical stops for the pad supports.
Check the condition of the rubber pads and clean them if necessary.
Replace if necessary

Check the condition of the hydraulic link.
Check the hydraulic oil level
Top-up if necessary:
Use an oil with a viscosity of 32CST (ref
062160 / 5L bottle), see following pages.
Carry out a visual check of the framework.
Perform a no-load lift along the full stroke of the machine.
See page 21 for a description of the proce-
dure.
Annual «Regular safety check».
To be carried out by an authorised person and
to be documented on a «Regular safety ins-
pection» form (one sheet per inspection) and
to be filed in the «Maintenance logbook».
Every 5 years
of service
The hydraulic hose must be replaced if used intensively and the oil must be
changed.
Replace if you notice a reduction in climbing
speed. The problem may be a hose that
has been crushed by the wheels of passing
vehicles over time (Ref. 77154 – hydraulic
hose).
Use the «Regular safety check» form on the next page and the «Maintenance log» form to record your regular and annual checks.
Make a record of the condition of the lift every year and attach it to the operating instructions. They must be retained.
The regular safety inspection must be carried out by an authorised person in the company or from an appropriate organization. It is recommended to
perform maintenance at the same time and refer to this manual for troubleshooting.
