Step 1: Hitch
For Cat. 3: respect the distance between the
lower links. If the tractor has a three point
hydraulic Cat.3, than attach the lower links
to the outer fastenings. The machine runs
smoother.
1. Fix the lower links rigid
2. Adjust the upper link completeley flat!
3. Adjust the lower links horizontal!
Step 2: Adjusting the working depth
1. At the front with the gauge wheel, tyre pressure:
Tyre 195/55 R10 = 6,25 bar
Tyre 18 x 8,5-8 = 3,40 bar
Tyre 185/65 R14 = 3,40 bar
2. At the rear with the upper
link – adjust horizontal

Step 4:
Optional rear gauge wheels (retrofittable)
1. For flat working with gauge wheels in front and rear the
upper link must be attached into the long hole.
Otherwise the upper link should rise towards the machine.
2. Depth adjustment of the rear gauge wheels: half a hole
lower than the front wheel, because they sink into the soil.
Schritt 5: Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit
Die empfohlene Fahrgeschwindigkeit beträgt 8 -15 km/h
Step 5: Working speed
The recommended driving speed is 8 -15 km/h

Schritt 1: Anhängung
Spreizmaß der Kategorie 3 beachten! Sofern Ihr
Schlepper eine Dreipunkthydraulik der Kat.3 hat,
müssen die Unterlenker in den äußeren Taschen
angehängt werden! Dadurch läuft die Maschine
bei der Arbeit ruhiger.
1. Unterlenker starr stellen
2. Oberlenker ganz flach stellen!
3. Unterlenker waagrecht stellen!
Schritt 2: Arbeitstiefen einstellen
1. Vorne mit dem Stützrad, Reifendruck:
Reifen 195/55 R10 = 6,25 bar
Reifen 18 x 8,5-8 = 3,40 bar
Reifen 185/65 R14 = 3,40 bar
2. Hinten mit dem Oberlenker –
waagrecht stellen!
3. Tiefeneinstellung auf dem
Acker 3-8 cm - Grundeinstellung
Schritt 3: Striegel einstellen
Die
roten
Stecker Positionen kennzeichnen die Grundeinstellung
A. Striegel: 1. Reihe
B. Striegel: 2. Reihe
1. Basiskonsole
2. Neigungsverstellung
Schritt 4:
Optional Stützräder hinten (nachrüstbar)
1. Zur flachen Bearbeitung mit Stützrädern vorne
und hinten muss der Oberlenker im Langloch
gefahren werden. Ansonsten
sollte der Oberlenker zur
Maschine hin ansteigen.
2. Tiefeneinstellung der Stützräder
hinten: ein halbes Loch tiefer
zum Vorderrad abstecken,
da diese im bearbeiteten
Horizont einsinken.
