Unfolding and folding
Ausklappen des Super
Maxx®
Beachten Sie folgende Vorgehensweise, um den Super Maxx®
auszuklappen:
•
Heben Sie den Super Maxx® ganz aus.
•
Entfernen Sie die Sicherungen und öffnen Sie die
Verriegelungshaken sowie den Absperrhahn am
Hydraulikstecker (Abbildung siehe Seite 42/43).
•
Klappen Sie den Super Maxx® durch Betätigen des
hydraulischen Steuergeräts aus.
Einklappen des Super
Maxx®
Beachten Sie folgende Vorgehensweise, um den Super Maxx®
einzuklappen:
•
Heben Sie den Super Maxx® ganz aus.
•
Klappen Sie den Super Maxx® durch Betätigen des
hydraulischen Steuergeräts ein.
•
Verriegeln Sie die Sicherungen und schließen Sie
die Verriegelungshaken sowie den Absperrhahn am
Hydraulikstecker (Abbildung siehe Seite 42/43).
Verwendungshinweise
Bei der Benutzung des Super Maxx® sollten folgende
Hinweise beachtet werden:
•
Fahren Sie keine engen Kurven, während der Super Maxx®
Bodenkontakt hat. Zum Wenden auf dem Feld muss die
Maschine komplett ausgehoben werden!
•
Klappen Sie den Super Maxx® nur ein oder aus, wenn er
komplett ausgehoben ist.
•
Bei Transportfahrten muss der Super Maxx® vollständig
eingeklappt und gesichert sein. Der Absperrhahn der
Hydraulik muss bei Transportfahrten geschlossen sein.
•
Arbeiten Sie nur mit vollständig ausgeklapptem
Super Maxx®.
•
Niemals mit dem Super Maxx® rückwärts fahren wenn
die Zinken im Boden sind. Die Zinken können im Boden
verhaken, was zu Beschädigungen des Super Maxx® und
zu Zinkenbrüchen führt.
Achtung:
Bis Baujahr 06/2020 – Absperrhähne mit Seilzug
Zum Ausklappen müssen die Absperrhähne an den
Klappzylindern über Seilzug geöffnet werden.
Zum Einklappen wird der Seilzug nicht benötigt!
Die Absperrhähne sind in diese Richtung durchgängig!
Ab Baujahr 07/2020 – Sperrblöcke
Zur Straßenfahrt muss der Absperrhahn geschlossen
werden!
Unfolding the Super
Maxx®
Note the following procedure for to unfold the Super Maxx®:
•
Lift completely the Super Maxx®.
•
Remove the safeguards and open the uplock hook and
the interlock at the hydraulic plug.
•
Unfold the Super Maxx® by activating the hydraulic
control unit.
Folding the Super Maxx®
Note the following procedure for to fold the Super Maxx®:
•
Lift completely the Super Maxx®.
•
Fold the Super Maxx® by activating the hydraulic
control unit.
•
Lock the safeguards and close the uplock hook and
the interlock at the hydraulic plug.
Instructions for use
When using the Super Maxx®, please note the following
general notes:
•
Do not drive narrow curves as long as the Super Maxx®
has soil contact. To turn on the field, the machine must
be completely lifted!
•
Unfold or fold the Super Maxx® only when it is
completely lifted.
•
Only work with a completely unfolded Super Maxx®.
•
During transport the Super Maxx® must be completely
folded and secured. The interlock of the hydraulic
system must be closed
•
Work only with a completely unfolded Super Maxx®.
•
Never drive the Super Maxx® backwards when the tines
are in the soil. The tines can hook in the soil, resulting
in damage to the Super Maxx® and to tine breaks.
Attention:
Until construction year 06/2020 –
interlocks with cable pull
For unfolding open the interlocks at the folding
cylinders with the cable pull. For folding the cable pull
is not necessary! The interlocks are consistent in this
direction.
From construction year 07/2020 – lock valves
For driving on public roads, the interlocks must be closed!
