Main Screen

DVR is locked.

User is logged in.

Audio is ON

HDD percentage.

•

If the DVR is “locked” then you can unlock it by right clicking on the mouse or pressing

the menu button on the remote/front panel.

•

If the DVR is “unlocked” or logged in it means you can perform any operation that your

user level permits.

See page 29 “User Management”

•

If audio is on you can use the system in conjunction with microphones.

Please note that

microphones are not recommended for external use/recording.

•

The percentage sign at the bottom of the screen shows you how full your HDD is.

Please

note that the HDD percentage sign becomes irrelevant once recycle record is activated.
The unit will record over the oldest data once the HDD is full. All DVRs leave DDS with
this feature activated.
